We are not a methodology specific consultancy. For example The Emerald Group does not believe that any single recruitment methodology is the 'right way' of sourcing a candidate. What does this mean? Well for example if you are looking to resource an Equity Analyst within investment banking you might think that a search assignment was the only way to source the right candidate. However the unique knowledge that The Emerald Group has of all our disciplines could mean we can prepare a shortlist of appropriate candidates within days rather than months, just from our network of existing contacts.

Consultancy
We can provide you with strategic advice regarding recruitment that you might otherwise expect to receive from a management consultancy. For example if you need to set up a new team from scratch, we can help you specify, scope and design the recruitment criteria against your organisations strategic objectives. The Emerald Group has a substantial advisory team who can be called upon to provide you with strategic sourcing advice.

If necessary we can perform a complete 'head hunting' service. This can take the form of targeting specific individuals or a broader approach depending on requirements.
